Anne contacted Amber on 1st May to request urgent assistance in expediting treatment from the NHS for her husband’s heart condition, because of delays arising from administrative and communications issues resulting in the referral to a London Hospital being overlooked. After several communications between Amber’s office and the Conquest, Amber received confirmation that the referral letter was sent to the London Hospital on 4th May.
