Amber celebrates Christmas with Lamb House

Lamb House is a National Trust site in Rye where both Henry James and E. F. Benson lived. During the Christmas period, Lamb House is holding Christmas events including introducing a new children’s trail based on ‘The Story of Holly and Ivy’.

During her visit, Amber explored the ground floor rooms which were festively decorated. She also learned about Henry James and E. F. Benson and enjoyed Lamb House’s Edwardian Christmas set-up.

“I would like to thank our local National Trust for setting up beautiful Lamb House ready for Christmas, just as Henry James would have done it!”

“I would also recommend dropping into the garden and tea room for hot drinks and festive foods!”
