New Little Skaters Nursery Rolls out in St Leonards

Amber Rudd, MP for Hastings and Rye, visited Little Skaters Nursery and Pre-School at the invitation of the Directors, Sarah and Nick Porter on Friday.  This facility will open from mid-August to cater for up to 50 children aged from 0 to 5 years. It is owned by Total Childcare Services Ltd (TCS Childcare) and is expected to create at least 11 jobs within its first year.

Government opens public consultation on reform to the Sunday trading laws

As promised in the Summer Budget, the Government has begun the process of much-needed reform to the Sunday trading laws. A key part of this process is a public consultation which allows interested consumers, employers, businesses and organisations to put their views across to the Government.

The report praised the teaching at the school; “excellent and continues to improve”, and the school’s vision; “impressive and pioneering… After only two years of opening, this vision is fully realised.”
